This 2015 Cuvée Brut is a blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay grapes. It is a lively wine with aromas and flavors of fresh apple and ripe pear, with a hint of honey. Pair with a cheese plate, charcuterie, fresh oysters, or crab.
